Sunset. The end of another working day. The commuting masses head home, most driving, some walking. For an hour each day, between four and five o’clock, Windhoek’s streets are packed with cars as the working population makes their way out of the city center. And then silence. The streets are quiet, and the night settles in. And all that remains are the slow moving lights and fast cars.
