Sometimes, thoughts and ideas pop into my head without any invitation. Unlike horrible relatives though, they provide entertaining company. We hang out for a bit, make some lame jokes and before I know it, they are taking their leave. Some thoughts are incomplete, requiring more thought and planning to make sense. These usually become written articles or short stories. Others are fleeting, coming and going so fast I doubt whether I actually thought of them.

And some keep me awake all night. They have me walking around in a disconnected haze the entire day. Most of the time they just wind up as crumpled up bits of paper by the waste basket. I have yet to find a way to capture these thoughts. Someday. Maybe soon. Maybe never.

The following project was made by collecting the thoughts and daydreams that came over for tea and agreed to pose for a picture.
